Difficult to quantify and almost as easy to experience, the culture of a city is a capstone of its presence. Reflecting the innate nature of an environment to symbolise its identity through physical form is one of design’s great responsibilities. The urban fabric, tangible volumes, in-between spaces or the invisible spirit of cities, the culture of a place determines how it is remembered.
